Clarification Text Regarding Membership, Contact Forms, and Processing of Personal Data Collected Through Orders
TECNODİECİ İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (TECNODIECI INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL TRADE LIMITED COMPANY) requests certain personal data (such as name, surname, account password, email address, delivery address, billing address, mobile phone number) from you in order to fulfill its legal obligations arising from the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation. This data will be processed and stored in an environment that is not accessible to the public, solely for the purposes and scope specified in this KVKK and Clarification Text, and will not be used beyond these purposes without your explicit consent.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Personal data at TECNODİECİ İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is processed for purposes including planning and execution of commercial activities, providing information to authorized institutions as required by legislation, obtaining payment services for matters outside our expertise, delivering orders, performing collections, creating membership records, issuing invoices, resolving consumer complaints, sending commercial electronic communications with your consent, planning and executing necessary audits to ensure that activities are conducted in accordance with TECNODİECİ İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ’s procedures and relevant legislation, planning and executing corporate sustainability activities, protecting the company’s reputation, managing requests and complaints, and planning and executing corporate governance and communication activities. Personal data will be processed in accordance with legal and ethical rules, limited and proportional to the purpose for which it is processed, and kept for the period required by relevant legislation or the purpose for which it was processed. Personal data can be processed through automatic or non-automatic means, including collection, recording, storage, maintenance, modification, and rearrangement. Collected data will not be shared with third parties without your knowledge or instructions, will not be used for commercial purposes outside the scope of activities, and will not be sold.
Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data acquired from you may be shared with the Ministry of Commerce, domestic/international/public/private institutions, companies, consultants, or partners of our company, other authorized institutions, suppliers, or subcontractors, and other persons or organizations permitted by the Turkish Commercial Code and relevant legislation, within the limits of the purpose for which it was collected, and with official authorities if required. Personal data may be transferred to third parties without your explicit consent in accordance with Articles 5 and 8 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data
According to Article 7 of the KVK Law, personal data that has been processed in accordance with relevant legislation will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by TECNODİECİ İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ when the reasons for processing no longer exist, either automatically or upon request by the data subject. This will be carried out in accordance with the KVK Law and the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data published in the Official Gazette dated 28.10.2017 and numbered 30224. Personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized within 3 months following the date when the obligation to delete, destroy, or anonymize arises. When you request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, if:
a) All conditions for processing personal data have ceased; your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Your request will be finalized within 30 days at the latest, and you will be informed.
b) All conditions for processing personal data have ceased, and the personal data has been transferred to third parties; this will be communicated to the third parties, and necessary actions will be ensured under the regulation.
c) All conditions for processing personal data have not ceased, your request may be rejected with reasons explained according to Article 13, paragraph 3 of the KVK Law, and the rejection will be communicated to you in writing or electronically within 30 days.

According to Article 11 of the Law, as a personal data owner, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information about the processing of your personal data,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used for its intended purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, both domestically and internationally,
- Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect,
- Request deletion, anonymization, or destruction of your personal data,
- Request notification to third parties of the correction, deletion, anonymization, or destruction of your personal data,
- Object to the result of the data processing that is exclusively automated if it affects you adversely,
- Request compensation for damages caused by the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Non-personal data refers to information that does not identify you personally. This data can be used for any purpose and shared with third parties without your consent.
